Contract Job Overview:
Responsible for supporting financial planning, analysis, and business partnering activities. Works closely with business units to provide insights, drive process improvements, and ensure accurate financial reporting and forecasting.
Requirement/Must Have:
Bachelor s degree in Finance, Logistics, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Experience with data visualization tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and organizational skills.
Experience:
Experience in financial planning, reporting, and KPI analysis. Experience in business partnering and process improvement initiatives. Experience supporting audits and financial governance processes.
Responsibilities:
Partner with business units to provide financial insights and support decision-making. Analyze, budget, and forecast financial data. Prepare business review materials and ensure timely delivery. Develop and present site performance reports and KPI analysis. Prepare monthly management reports. Monitor KPI trends and provide detailed analysis to leadership. Track and follow up on corrective actions for KPI deviations. Lead investment project budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Support and challenge investment projects to ensure financial impact and governance. Participate in project and leadership meetings. Perform month-end processes and financial reporting. Support audits and financial compliance activities. Consolidate investment data for reporting purposes. Drive automation and process optimization initiatives.
Should Have:
MBA in Finance, Logistics, or a related field. Experience in strategy deployment and long-term planning. Strong presentation and customer service skills. Experience in process improvement and action planning.

Qualification And Education:
Bachelor s degree in Finance, Logistics, or a related field.
