Where is the work:
Monday to Thursday, work onsite with your colleagues. Fridays, choose your work location, balancing what your work requires.
What you will do:
Develop dashboards, analytics, visualizations, and automated tools to enable sophisticated self-service analysis for all Americas Finance stakeholders. Drive data uniformity and process improvements within the Americas region to reduce complexities and overlaps. Cultivate and promote process improvements to institute reporting standards for deployment across Americas Finance. Understand Americas Finance's needs and strategy and translate into design friendly analytic tools that facilitate storytelling and data exploration. Drive innovation within the organization, encouraging the exploration of new technologies that can elevate data capabilities.
What you will bring:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Accounting, Finance, Data Science, or Business Analytics. Beginner experience in accounting or finance, including hands-on analytics knowledge derived through time in a data visualization role. Knowledge of Dataiku or other ETL loading tool (Python, Alteryx, etc) to support dataset development. Knowledge of Tableau or equivalent visualization tool (Power BI, SSRS, etc), including ability to build informative and dynamic visuals using parameters and filters. Experience with large data sets and strong communication skills - able to convey complex concepts to technical and business teams in a simple and understandable way. Demonstrated ability to manage complex data projects, balancing strategic vision with day-to-day execution, and effectively managing through change. Strong organization and time management skills; able to handle several assignments at one time while working in a matrix organization. Solid analytical skills, problem solving, data management, and business partnership skills with the ability to analyze and interpret financial data. Proven ability to communicate effectively across multiple levels of the organization to influence decision making & improve business performance.
