Job Description

Job Summary:
The Financial Analyst supports organizational performance by managing monthly statistical reporting, conducting routine medical group provider analysis, contributing to the annual budget process, assisting in quarterly cost accounting maintenance, and preparing other financial analyses. This role is responsible for producing and interpreting statistical data, supporting accurate provider analysis, and identifying opportunities for improvement. The analyst works closely with department leaders to deliver timely and reliable reporting, actionable insights, and dependable system support. Additional responsibilities include assisting with compensation survey completion, supporting capital and operating budget development and maintenance, and ensuring accurate, complete, and timely regulatory reporting. Through strong analytical skills, system stewardship, and cross-functional collaboration, the Financial Analyst helps drive informed decision-making across the organization.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field required Work experience in finance or accounting preferred Experience with medical group and hospital operations/financial statements desired Strong analytical and computer skills, including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel Superior attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills Effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to exercise independent judgment and manage multiple priorities EOE AA M/F/Vet/Disability
