full-time Marketing Statement Under the General Supervision of the Treasury Director, the Treasury Specialist supports daily cash management, banking operations, treasury reporting, and financial compliance across PHA and its affiliates. Reporting to the Director of Treasury, this role plays a key part in ensuring strong internal controls, accurate treasury processing, and alignment with HUD, federal, and state requirements. This is an excellent opportunity for early-career finance professionals interested in treasury, government finance, accounting, and public-sector operations. The salary range for this position is $53,659 - $67,073 annually. Placement at any specific point within the stated range is not guaranteed for any candidate.
