Job Summary Energo is seeking a positive, goal-oriented Financial Analyst, reporting to the Controller. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the financial health of Energo's multiple business divisions. This role will be responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis, with a particular focus on supporting our fuel oil supply and HVAC service lines. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working across multiple entities and cost centers, and has hands-on QuickBooks experience. Responsibilities Compile monthly KPI's and variance analyses across Energo's divisions Support budgeting and forecasting processes, including division-level cost and revenue tracking Analyze supply pricing, margins, and costs to support pricing and purchasing decisions Track profitability, labor costs, and job costing across projects and divisions Support accounts payable/accounts receivable functions and vendor/customer account reconciliations as needed Prepare ad hoc financial analyses and reports for leadership to support business decisions Assist with the preparation of materials for tax filings, audits, and lender/insurance reporting requirements Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting accuracy, and efficiency across divisions Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in a financial analyst, accounting, or related finance role (required) Proficiency in QuickBooks required Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and financial modeling Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines across several business divisions Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights Clear written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small, fast-paced finance team Preferred Skills Familiarity with job costing and project-based accounting (common in HVAC/mechanical services) Experience in the fuel oil supply and/or HVAC services industries Understanding of fuel oil pricing, hedging, or commodity cost tracking Experience supporting multi-entity or multi-division organizations Exposure to construction, energy services, or building services industries

Location Full-Time:
