full-time Want a finance role where you build, own, and get noticed? A regional insurer with a growing footprint throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast is hiring a Senior Financial Operations Analyst
- a newly created role within their corporate team due to growth. What's nice about this role is you won't be inheriting someone else's playbook; you'll be writing your own with visibility throughout senior leadership and the CFO. Why this one's worth a look: Brand-new role with genuine room to shape FP&A from the ground up Reports directly to the CFO
- real visibility and exposure at the executive level Step into a high-impact seat at a stable, well-established insurer What you'll own: The annual budget and rolling forecast models
- assumptions, templates, timelines, version control The monthly financial performance package for Finance leadership and executive review Variance analysis (actuals vs. budget, forecast, and prior periods) that surfaces real risks and opportunities KPIs, dashboards, and reporting that leadership actually uses
- plus the narratives and recommendations behind them What you'll bring: Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field 8+ years in FP&A, corporate finance (manufacturing, CPG, retail, etc.
), insurance finance, or regulated financial services Advanced Excel modeling and strong PowerPoint / executive presentation skills A confident communicator who can partner across finance and non-finance teams alike Nice to have: Power
BI / SQL / ERP
