This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a mission-driven organization that is experiencing significant growth and undergoing a major enterprise transformation with the implementation of Workday ERP . The Financial Analyst will play a key role in supporting financial planning, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making while partnering with leaders across the organization. This position offers excellent visibility, career growth potential, and the chance to contribute to a high-profile ERP implementation. Responsibilities Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, variances, and business insights. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes. Prepare recurring and ad hoc financial reports for senior leadership. Support month-end and year-end financial analysis activities. Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives and operational decisions. Partner with department leaders to monitor performance against budgets and key metrics. Participate in the Workday ERP implementation, testing, reporting development, and process improvement initiatives. Identify opportunities to streamline reporting and enhance financial processes. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. 3+ years of financial analysis, FP&A, corporate finance, or accounting experience. Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling. Experience with ERP systems; exposure to Workday is a plus. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Healthcare industry experience is preferred but not required. EB-1928112343
