Responsibilities Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, variances, and business insights. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes. Prepare recurring and ad hoc financial reports for senior leadership. Support month-end and year-end financial analysis activities. Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives and operational decisions. Partner with department leaders to monitor performance against budgets and key metrics. Participate in the Workday ERP implementation, testing, reporting development, and process improvement initiatives. Identify opportunities to streamline reporting and enhance financial processes. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. 3+ years of financial analysis, FP&A, corporate finance, or accounting experience.
