JOB DESCRIPTION
Company is an independent, boutique firm that provides a full range of wealth management services. The Chief Investment Officer will join a high performance, dynamic team of advisors and professionals responsible for providing high net worth individuals with comprehensive wealth management solutions to help them achieve their financial goals. This is a key position in a rapidly growing firm, seeking a person willing to accept a high degree of responsibility and autonomy. The ideal candidate will have the required skills and education along with our shared dedication and values.
Roles Responsibilities:
Manage asset allocation, portfolio construction, and risk management strategies. Conduct ongoing performance analysis and make necessary recommendations for adjustments. Provide market commentary and thought leadership for internal and external communications. Conduct due diligence on investment opportunities and fund managers Management and professional development of the Investment and trading team members.
Requirements:
CFA required 10+ years of experience in investment management and portfolio construction Strong knowledge of fiduciary investment principles, asset allocation, and risk management Proficiency in investment research tools and portfolio management software 5-year track record of successful management of an Investment and Trading Team Strong Leader with excellent communication and collaboration skills Willing and capable of increasing the investment knowledge of both employees and clients.

Pay:
$250,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year
