Key Responsibilities:

Partner with finance, operations, and leadership teams to gather requirements and identify reporting needs. Build budgets, forecasts, variance analyses, and financial models. Analyze operational and financial performance trends to support strategic decisions. Develop KPIs and scorecards for executive leadership. Improve business processes through automation and data insights. Develop and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using Databricks. Transform and cleanse large datasets for reporting and analytics use. Optimize data models and workflows for performance and scalability. Integrate multiple data sources including ERP, finance systems, and operational platforms. Design and maintain interactive dashboards in Microsoft Power BI. Create executive-level reporting packages with clear visual storytelling. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across reporting tools. Automate recurring reports and manual processes. Writeplex queries in SQL to extract and analyze data. Use Microsoft Excel advanced functions including PivotTables, Power Query, formulas, VBA/macros preferred. Use Python and pandas for data wrangling, automation, and advanced analytics. Support ad hoc analysis and data requests from leadership teams.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field. 3+ years of experience in business analysis, finance analytics, BI, or data engineering roles. Strong finance acumen with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis experience. Hands-on experience with Databricks, SQL, Power BI, and Excel. Proficiency in Python/Pandas. Strongmunication skills with ability to present to business leaders and executives. Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. Pay Details:
