We are currently adding an undergraduate college student for the role of Finance & Investment (F&I) Co-op at our Corporate Support Services office located in Cincinnati, OH for the Fall (2026), Spring (2027) and Summer (2027) semesters. As the F&I Co-op, your mission will be to support the F&I team with analysis, research, asset management, and reporting for Messer's diverse investment portfolio. This will span multiple asset classes, including real estate, cash and marketable securities, and venture capital.Responsibilities are as follows:
- Model, analyze, benchmark, and report portfolio returns.
- Perform market research on a variety of asset classes.
- Analyze investment proformas, financial statements, and performance benchmarks.
- Create & maintain dashboards detailing portfolio investments, returns, and compliance.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly meetings.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as required.
Minimum Requirements:
- Undergraduate Junior or Senior year business student with a concentration in Finance, Real Estate, Accounting, or a related field.
- Part time or full-time hours available.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite including a strong working knowledge of financial formulas and analysis in Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Interest in various investment sectors including real estate, banking, marketable securities, and venture capital.
