Financial Analyst I Status:
Exempt Reports to: Manager or Director of FP&A Revision date: June 2022 PURPOSE According to the prescribed policies and procedures of the organization including all applicable federal, state and local regulations and under the general supervision of Director or Manager, the financial analyst assumes responsibility for providing financial reporting, analytics, and support to operational and senior leadership for National Church Residences.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Prepares monthly financial analysis and reports in support of the business in an accurate and timely manner. Works closely with operational leadership on identifying causes of variances or trends. Prepares and communicates senior level review materials for Senior Leadership. Prepares analysis to compare results and trends with competitors, industry benchmarks, or other applicable data. Works with management to create and implement internal benchmarking reports. Prepares or assists with consolidated reporting such as Divisional P&L and Balance Sheet statements, functional roll-ups, and AR reporting. Leads the budget process for the business. Works with the operational leadership to develop the annual budget templates, assumptions, and output. Prepares materials and communicates with Senior Leadership. Financial lead on projects such as long-term forecasts, operational improvement plans, analysis of potential new or expanded services and locations. Responsible for maintaining the integrity of the financial reports structure.EXPECTATIONS

Bachelor's degree in accounting.Experience:

Must have good communication, comprehension, computer and interpersonal skills. Must have the ability to speak, read, write and understand English.Skills:
