Supports treasury operations through banking administration, documentation management, audit support, compliance coordination, treasury systems maintenance, and operational processing activities. Acts as the central coordinator for treasury records, banking documentation, KYC administration, and treasury workflow management while ensuring accurate and timely completion of recurring treasury activities. Maintain treasury documentation, records, SharePoint sites, and electronic filing systems. Manage domestic and international subsidiary bank account portfolios, including account maintenance, banking documentation, and the accuracy of bank account data within Kyriba. Coordinate bank account openings, closures, modifications, and related documentation. Maintain authorized signer records and bank account signature authority documentation. Coordinate KYC renewals and banking compliance documentation requests. Maintain bank portal user access records and support access administration activities. Monitor and manage the Treasury inbox, routing requests and ensuring timely follow-up. Support wire, ACH, and payment administration activities, including documentation retention. Maintain beneficiary records, payment templates, and supporting payment documentation. Coordinate quarterly and annual audit requests and gather supporting documentation. Maintain and create treasury policies, procedures, and standard operating documentation. Administer and maintain bank account master data in Kyriba, proactively monitoring, researching, and resolving bank account variances to support accurate treasury reporting and controls. Track treasury compliance calendars, documentation expirations, and recurring banking requirements. Maintain bank contact directories, service documentation, and banking correspondence records. Prepare routine operational reports, tracking logs, and status updates for treasury management. Create, organize, and archive treasury records in accordance with record retention requirements. Support vendor and customer banking documentation workflows and related administrative processes. Education and Experience Requirements High school diploma required; Associate degree preferred. 2+ years of administrative, treasury, banking, accounting, or finance support experience. Skills and Abilities Highly detail-oriented and well organized, with strong attention to accuracy and follow-through Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across functions and levels of the organization Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities, ability to multi-task Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint skills Familiarity with ERP and TMS systems like SAP and Kyriba preferred Nordson Corporation provides equal employment opportunity to all applicants and employees.
