Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Senior Cash Analyst to join our finance team and play a pivotal role in managing our company's cash flow operations. As a Senior Cash Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing our organization's cash flow, ensuring efficient cash management. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of financial principles and cash management practices.
Responsibilities:
Track and analyze daily cash flow activities, including cash receipts, disbursements, and liquidity positions. Identify trends, anomalies, and potential risks in cash flow patterns, investigating and resolving discrepancies as needed. Conduct variance analysis to compare actual cash flow against budgeted forecasts, providing insights into deviations and recommending corrective actions. Oversee daily cash management activities, including cash positioning, funding, and transfer activities. Execute cash transactions, initiate wire transfers, and monitor the timely processing of payments. Prepare regular financial reports related to cash flow. Generate ad-hoc financial analyses and reports to support decision-making processes and provide actionable recommendations. Identify potential risks associated with cash flow and liquidity management and develop strategies to mitigate those risks. Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices related to cash management and treasury operations. Develop and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations. Other duties as assigned.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field preferred. Proven experience (7+ years) as a Cash Analyst or similar role, with a focus on cash flow management and financial analysis. Strong knowledge of financial principles and cash management practices. Proficiency in financial analysis tools, cash management systems, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software. Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, modeling, and forecasting. Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to draw actionable insights from complex financial data. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of risk management and experience in implementing internal controls. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance related to cash management and treasury operations.Benefits:
