Suterra is looking for a Supply Chain & Finance Analyst to join our high-performing team at the intersection of operations, finance, and business decision-making.
As part of a company redefining agriculture through science, sustainability, and smart manufacturing, you will support the connection between operational performance and financial outcomes, helping teams make more informed, data-driven decisions across the supply chain.

This role is based in Bend, Oregon and may require occasional domestic or international travel. The position reports to the Vice President, Global Finance.

Job DescriptionWhat You'll DoBuild and maintain financial and operational models to analyze demand, production, inventory, capacity, and cost driversSupport forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning, with a focus on manufacturing cost, inventory, and working capitalAnalyze supply chain performance metrics to identify risks and opportunities for improvementPartner with Supply Chain and Operations teams to support sourcing strategies, production planning, and capital investment analysisSupport pricing, margin, and profitability analysis by linking operational inputs to financial outcomesDevelop dashboards, reports, and presentations for internal stakeholdersImprove data quality, transparency, and adoption of analytical toolsContribute to continuous improvement initiatives across finance and operationsPosition Growth
