Job Description
Busy private orthodontic office seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Financial/Insurance Coordinator with dental billing experience. We have multiple locations in the greater Portland area, a positive team culture, and room for growth. This is an in-person position and dental billing experience is a requirement. Orthodontic billing is a plus.
Responsibilities:
A/R reports, orthodontic insurance billing and follow-up, posting payments, collections, patient contracts, automatic payments, end-of-day reports, deposits, and general financial support.Requirements:
Dental billing experience (required) Strong attention to detail Strong work ethic with ability to be self starter Quick software learner & efficient multitasker Outgoing, excellent customer service Ortho experience preferred but not required Bilingual Spanish is requiredWe Offer:
