Financial Analyst Our client is seeking a Financial Analyst to support financial planning, cost analysis, inventory accounting, and profitability initiatives within a high-volume manufacturing environment. This individual will partner cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, and commercial teams to ensure accurate cost reporting, improve financial visibility, and provide data-driven insights that support strategic business decisions. Financial Analyst | Responsibilities Build and maintain cost models, conduct profitability analysis, support inventory audits, and ensure financial data accuracy across multiple product lines. Develop financial forecasts, budgeting models, and ROI analyses while supporting month-end close activities, cost accounting, and inventory reconciliations. Partner with operations and supply chain to validate pricing, analyze cost trends, investigate variances, and identify opportunities for cost savings and margin improvement. Support customer pricing initiatives by preparing cost models, reviewing contract compliance, and assisting with pricing reconciliation and financial reporting. Create KPI dashboards, management reports, and performance metrics to support executive decision-making and continuous operational improvement. Financial Analyst | Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 2-5 years of experience in Financial Analysis, FP&A, or Cost Accounting within a manufacturing, CPG, or similar environment. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with experience utilizing ERP systems; experience with manufacturing ERP platforms is preferred. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate actionable recommendations. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across finance, operations, and supply chain teams. Financial Analyst | Compensation $70K - $80K salary dependent on experience Comprehensive benefits package.
