The Opportunity:
Hamilton Lane is seeking a Senior Analyst to join our Treasury team, supporting critical functions across investment execution, cash management, and evergreen fund operations. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong execution skills who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Your responsibilities will be to:
Cash Management (Open Ended & Closed Ended Funds) Prepare or review weekly cash liquidity files and contribute to cash meetings with insights and recommendations. Coordinate subscription and redemption movements per dealing calendars, working with Transfer Agents, Evergreen Ops, and Fund Accounting Manage monthly FX transactions and quarterly hedge settlements with banking partners in collaboration with Portfolio management. Collaborate with Fund Accounting to recommend capital calls, distributions, and line of credit draws Complete assigned tasks and projects within deadline Support bank account administration for evergreen funds. Investment Execution Monitor and respond to investment execution emails from deal teams and external partners in a timely manner. Ensure funding is requested and received before deal deadlines; escalate issues as needed. Provide Fed reference numbers to deal teams and legal promptly. Maintain real-time updates in the deal tracker software. Support cross-functional requests from other departments. Wire Payments & Payee Setup Enter wire instruction data into internal systems in advance of funding dates. Set up and confirm payee details, including banking information, wire instructions, and Fed reference numbers. Confirm wire setup in TMS; assist with HL Treasury wire setup if needed. Communicate updates in systems and Slack, including wire instructions, payee details, timing, and Fed reference numbers. Wire Payments & Payee Setup Enter wire instruction data into internal systems in advance of funding dates. Set up and confirm payee details, including banking information, wire instructions, and Fed reference numbers. Confirm wire setup in TMS; assist with HL Treasury wire setup if needed. Communicate updates in systems and Slack, including wire instructions, payee details, timing, and Fed reference numbers. Ad Hoc Tasks Execute special projects and tasks assigned by the manager with clear deliverables and deadlines.
Your background will include:
Must-haves:
1-3 years of relevant work experience in treasury, finance or investment operations. Bachelor's degree (B.A., B.S., or B.B.A.) Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple assignments in a deadline-driven environment Experience working independently and collaboratively High attention to detail and accountability
Nice-to-haves:
