We are looking for an experienced Senior Treasury Analyst to strengthen our treasury operations in Easton, Pennsylvania. This role will play a central part in managing global cash visibility, supporting payment controls, and improving forecasting accuracy across a multi-entity environment. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical judgment, confidence working with senior finance partners, and a proactive approach to streamlining treasury processes.

Responsibilities:

• Direct the daily preparation and final review of worldwide cash position reporting, ensuring accurate and timely distribution to leadership.
• Monitor electronic payment activity, authorize transfers as needed, and provide secondary approval support for complex or high-value transactions.
• Supervise daily cash reconciliations, resolve outstanding differences promptly, and escalate recurring operational concerns when necessary.
• Coordinate recurring treasury meetings across international business units, aligning regional finance teams on cash activity and funding needs.
• Evaluate monthly banking charges, highlight cost-saving opportunities, and summarize recommendations for treasury leadership.
• Maintain and enhance the 13-week global cash forecast by partnering with stakeholders across regions and legal entities.
• Administer global bank account changes, including account openings, closures, and signer updates, while ensuring adherence to internal controls and compliance standards.
• Guide entry-level treasury staff by providing daily oversight, coaching, and knowledge-sharing to strengthen team capability and continuity.
• Lead treasury-related projects such as process improvements, automation efforts, policy updates, and banking technology initiatives.
• Support the review and upkeep of treasury procedures, internal control documentation, scorecards, and other strategic assignments as needed.
• At least 7 years of experience in corporate treasury, treasury operations, or a closely related finance function.
• Proven success managing multiple deadlines and priorities within a fast-paced, global business setting.
• Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting large volumes of cash, banking, or multi-currency financial data.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for analysis, reporting, and forecasting activities.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present insights to senior finance stakeholders.
• Demonstrated discretion and sound judgment when handling sensitive financial and banking information.
• Collaborative leadership skills, including experience mentoring, guiding, or supervising entry-level team members.
• Exposure to treasury management systems and banking platforms; Certified Treasury certification or active pursuit of certification is a plus.
