S50 This role serves as a specialized expert supporting business units and functions with divisional or functional impact financial insights and analysis. They perform complex analytical work, evaluate operational and market drivers, and provide actionable recommendations that influence divisional performance. They work with limited supervision, delivering insights that shape decisions across multiple stakeholders. This role contributes to cross?functional projects and improves processes that impact financial data quality and performance management. At this level, the SME applies advanced analytical tools and frameworks to solve difficult financial challenges.

Accountabilities 1. Provide Specialized Financial Advisory to Business Units This includes analyzing financial performance, identifying risks and opportunities, and translating results into clear recommendations. The SME helps partners interpret operational drivers of financial outcomes. Their guidance supports improvements in divisional performance. 2. Analyze Complex Financial Data to Inform Decisions This includes performing in depth analysis on financial and operational metrics to identify trends and performance drivers. The SME synthesizes complex data into insights that support decisions on resource allocation, pricing, or operational adjustments. Their analytical work improves financial understanding across teams. 3. Develop Forward Looking Forecasts and Scenario Models This includes modeling future performance based on operational, market, and financial variables. SME presents scenarios that highlight trade offs and potential impacts. Their models help teams plan proactively. 4. Support Cross Functional Projects with Analytical Expertise This responsibility includes contributing financial analysis to projects such as cost improvement, market expansion, or operational optimization. The SME works with partners to ensure financial implications are understood and incorporated. Their collaboration strengthens the financial rigor of cross functional efforts. 5. Improve Financial Reporting and Data Quality Processes This includes identifying issues in financial data and partnering with teams to resolve inconsistencies. The SME enhances repeatable processes that improve reporting accuracy. Their work contributes to stronger performance management.
