Job Description Summary The primary focus is to support Treasury Planning, Analysis & Operations on a daily basis by supporting any Corporate Finance activities. This role also supports cash administration and processes related to corporate insurance programs. Incumbent will enhance business decisions through financial modeling, risk/opportunity analysis, and standard or ad hoc financial analyses. Job Description Cash Management / Bank Account Administration Manages and maintains the Company's banking infrastructure, including bank relationships and bank account administration. Manages the Company's cash and investment activities to ensure sufficient liquidity on an entity level. Assesses products, services, and systems that are available in the marketplace to maintain cash management efficiencies and best-in-class transactional processing. Insurance Ensures proper tracking of all outstanding insurance policies and allocation of costs to corporate/subsidiaries in coordination with the VP, Corporate Development & Treasurer. Maintains a periodic reconciliation of insurance costs cross the company. Supports the data gathering for annual insurance renewals Projects Supports ongoing project-related work, including providing support to the team for capital markets transactions (debt, equity and credit), new financings and acquisition-related work. Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or relevant experience. CPA, MBA and/or relevant experience. Minimum 5 years work experience preferably in treasury operations. Knowledge Financial and Banking theory and knowledge. Treasury operations. Key desktop tools (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Treasury management systems). Skills & Abilities Ability to digest and synthesize information quickly. Ability to perform financial analyses quickly and correctly. Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills. Proficient user of entire MS Office suite. Excellent Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills. Ability to work effectively with key business partners, including internal groups and external partners.
