PARAPLANNER
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Para Planner to join our expanding advisory team. This is an outstanding opportunity for a financial planning professional who wants to sharpen their craft, work alongside seasoned advisors, and build a long-term career in wealth management. As we continue to grow, there is a clear and genuine path for advancement within our firm. What You'll Do
  • Support lead advisors in preparing comprehensive financial plans covering retirement, tax, estate, insurance, and investment strategies
  • Conduct client research and data gathering, including net worth analysis, cash flow modeling, and insurance/investment reviews
  • Prepare and maintain financial planning deliverables using planning software (e.g., eMoney, MoneyGuidePro, or similar)
  • Draft meeting agendas, summaries, and follow-up action items for client review meetings
  • Assist with client onboarding
  • collecting and organizing documents, inputting data into the CRM, and coordinating account paperwork
  • Respond to client inquiries in a timely, professional, and personable manner
  • Collaborate with the operations and advisory team to ensure seamless client service delivery
  • Stay current on planning strategies, tax law changes, and industry developments
What We're Looking For Required:
  • Active securities/financial planning license (Series 65, Series 66, CFP, or equivalent)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in financial planning, wealth management, or a related advisory role
  • Proficiency with financial planning software and CRM tools
  • Eagerness to learn and adopt the latest technologies

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • you're self-directed and accountable when working solo, and a true team player when working alongside advisors and staff
  • Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A positive, team-first attitude and genuine passion for helping clients
Preferred:
  • CFP designation or currently in pursuit
  • Experience with
HNW/UHNW
client families
