We are recruiting for a Senior Financial Analyst opportunity supporting a technology finance function focused on budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, variance analysis, and business case development. Our team is looking for a candidate who can help guide complex financial decisions, support transformative initiatives, and provide clear recommendations to management. Responsibilities Support budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, and variance analysis for a defined segment. Build and evaluate business cases, including capital expense alignment and accounting review. Partner with technology owners, project managers, business offices, and back-office finance teams on day-to-day and monthly financial needs. Analyze complex initiatives, identify risks or inefficiencies, and present clear recommendations to management. Required Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and experience. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to provide timely responses, keep management informed, and address issues proactively. BA required; MBA preferred. Open to converting to a full-time employee if a need becomes available.
