Job Description

We are recruiting an Accounting Analyst for a thriving company in Roseville, CA. Our client offers competitive benefits and a chance to join a dynamic finance team. The Accounting Analyst will report to the VP of Accounting and this position has a hybrid schedule after training is complete (1 day a week work from home).
Salary:
$90,000-$103,000 DOE The qualified candidate will be a forward thinker with strong excel skills, data trending, accounting analysis, reporting, and project managment skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct internal audits and prepare audit findings reports with recommendations for improvement.

Prepare quarterly forecasting reports, investor reports, monthly/quarterly variance reports, external financial reports, and financial analyses.

Maintain debt schedules.

Prepare and distribute quarterly reporting.

Perform annual analysis comparing actual results to pro forma projections and present findings to the leadership team.

Prepare schedules for affiliate-related receivables, debt, and other fees.

Collaborate with team members to calculate cash flow distributions based on the terms of the relevant agreements.

Provide analytical support to the department as needed.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

Five years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Increasingly responsible experience in budgetary analysis and complex accounting procedures.

CPA preferred.

Proficiency with accounting software; PowerBI preferred.

Advanced skills in Excel.
