  • Provide pricing and performance insights that keep portfolios strong and profitable
  • Partner with property management and leasing teams to plan, prevent, and problem-solve with intention.

  • Analyze financial performance of each property (rents, expenses, maintenance costs, vacancy rates, etc.) to identify trends and opportunities,
  • Recommend rent adjustments, renovations, or strategic improvements to enhance property value and cash flow.
  • Create and manage a maintenance road map for each unit. Client Experience
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for property owners, ensuring clarity and confidence in the management of their assets.
  • Coordinate new client onboarding: expectation setting, systems setup, documentation, and communication. Collaboration and Maintenance Coordination
  • Partner with property management and leasing teams to ensure property operations align with owner objectives.
  • Review maintenance trends, tenant turnover, and vendor performance to identify efficiencies and risk mitigation opportunities.
  • Provide guidance on budgeting, rent pricing strategy, and long-term asset planning. Strategic and Financial Oversight
  • Manage capital improvement and large maintenance projects.
  • Communicate financial results, market updates, and property performance proactively in annual meetings with each owner.
  • Support owners in decision-making related to major repairs, capital improvements, or portfolio growth. Client Retention
  • Strengthen relationships with existing clients through trust, transparency, and consistent results. Core Skills and Attributes
  • Strong financial acumen and understanding of investment property performance metrics
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
  • Proactive, emotionally intelligent communicator
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies
  • Organized and proactive, with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Comfortable discussing money, risk, and property planning with owners in-person, over the phone, on Zoom, and through email Notes
