Commercial Credit Analyst Compensation:

$120,000 - $130,000 annually, depending on experience

Location:

Tulsa; DFW; OKC Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Commercial Credit Analyst to join their team! This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned credit professional who enjoys digging into the details, supporting lending decisions, and helping maintain a strong and healthy loan portfolio. In this role, you'll partner with lenders and credit leadership on complex commercial requests, making a direct impact on underwriting quality and portfolio performance. If you bring strong commercial credit experience and enjoy working across a diverse loan book, this could be a great next step.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

Perform detailed financial and credit analysis for commercial lending relationships Evaluate borrower financial statements, cash flow, and repayment capacity Prepare clear credit memorandums and underwriting recommendations Monitor portfolio risk and identify emerging credit concerns Review collateral, covenants, and financial trends for ongoing oversight Support lenders with credit structuring and risk mitigation strategies Analyze commercial loan requests, renewals, and extensions Review borrowing base certificates, aging reports, rent rolls, and covenant compliance Recommend risk rating changes based on portfolio performance Partner with internal teams to support efficient credit administration

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related business field At least 5 years of commercial credit analysis or underwriting experience Experience at a financial institution required Strong understanding of financial statement analysis and cash flow modeling Ability to evaluate complex commercial credit relationships independently Experience preparing credit memos and underwriting recommendations Strong risk assessment and decision-making skills Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation Nice to

Have Skills & Experience:

C&I lending experience Commercial real estate credit experience Exposure to diverse commercial loan types Experience with larger or more complex loan structures Background supporting lenders in a collaborative environment
