Job Description

About CREBB Group CREBB Group, The Commercial Real Estate and Business Brokerage Group, stewards the transfer of established businesses and long term commercial real estate assets for owners, founders, buyers, and advisors who care what happens next. CREBB operates through the eXp Commercial network across North America from its base in Cincinnati, Ohio. Our 2026 expansion is guided by technology infrastructure, AI, and AI enabled systems. About the role This role is research, submarket analysis, and property level drill down. The analyst identifies market conditions, builds analysis on individual properties, and helps shape pricing guidance, working under the direct oversight of the Managing Director, a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser with over twenty years in the field. Candidates who demonstrate strong fit for valuation work are considered for a supervised path toward Ohio appraiser certification, assessed after one to two internship rounds. What you will do Research commercial properties from county auditor records, zoning codes, and flood data, and build the packet behind a listing decision Normalize operating statements and abstract leases and rent rolls Derive cap rates, size debt, and run the coverage screen that shows whether a property finances at the asking price Research comparables and maintain the firm's comparable database Build broker opinion of value packages for the Managing Director's review What we are looking for Currently enrolled upperclassman.
