The FP&A Analyst is responsible for supporting financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes for the organization. This role ensures accurate and timely financial insights by building reports, analyzing data, and supporting strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will contribute to improved decision-making and scalable finance processes in a high-growth environment.Key Responsibilities:
Support forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis processes Build and maintain recurring financial and operational reporting Perform ad hoc financial and data analysis to support strategic initiatives Deliver accurate and timely reporting following the month-end close Improve reporting efficiency through automation and process optimization Develop scalable reporting and forecasting solutions Ensure data accuracy and system availability during key finance processes Collaborate with finance team members and cross-functional stakeholders Analyze large data sets to identify trends, drivers, and insights Support ongoing process improvement and finance system enhancementsQualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related analytical field 1-4 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or a similar role Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Intermediate to advanced Excel skills Strong communication skills and ability to build working relationships Experience working with ERP, planning, or CRM systems (e.g., NetSuite, Cube, Salesforce, Orion) preferred Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Key Competencies / Skills (Optional): Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights Effective communication and collaboration skills Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment Adaptability and willingness to learn in a high-growth organizationEqual Employment Opportunity Statement:
