Job Description

Launch your finance career with a leading community bank! Ledyard Bank is seeking a Finance & Treasury Analyst I to join our team in a hybrid role based in West Lebanon, NH (preferred) or Concord, NH . This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to gain hands-on experience in both financial analysis and treasury operations while working alongside experienced banking professionals. You'll analyze financial performance, build reports and models that support strategic decision-making, monitor liquidity, assist with investments and funding activities, and help identify opportunities to enhance business performance. We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented candidate with a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field and up to two years of relevant experience. Candidates with more extensive experience are also encouraged to apply, as we may consider them for a higher-level position based on qualifications and experience.
