Financial Analyst

The Financial Analyst position will be a key role on the Corporate FP&A team that allows the individual to work across the enterprise and interact with senior leaders, both at corporate and in the business units. This role will serve as a financial business partner to the company s enterprise functions teams (HR and Enterprise Marketing) and work closely with business units and their FP&A teams to provide business support on key projects and our annual budget and forecast cycles. Role:

Responsible for daily, weekly and monthly reporting (daily sales, weekly retail, show reporting, working capital and dealer inventory) Assists in quarterly, annual, and long-range plan forecasting across the enterprise, identifying and driving synergies and improvements Accountable for department reporting, including the development and improvement of interactive department templates and consolidations Investigate discrepancies between actuals and expectations Assist in preparing Executive and Board of Directors level materials Maintain data in OneStream (financial reporting tool) Partner with Corporate accounting as needed for reporting and accounting purposes Collaborate with BUs on ad hoc data compilation and analysis Other duties as assigned based on business need

Education & Experience:

Bachelor s degree in accounting, finance, or related area of emphasis 2+ years of related experience This position may require travel to other Winnebago locations. The base pay for this position ranges from $65,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $90,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
