Robert Half is partnering with a well-established organization in the Schenectady area to hire a Financial Analyst for a direct-hire opportunity. This hybrid role is a great fit for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to build experience in budgeting, reporting, and financial analysis while working closely with finance leadership.
Responsibilities Include:
-Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities-Analyze financial data and help identify trends and variances-Prepare recurring reports and support ad hoc analysis projects-Partner with operational teams to gather and interpret financial information-Maintain financial data and reporting tools to support business decision-making
