Hybrid | Colorado Springs, COA growing healthcare organization is seeking a Financial Analyst to join its Financial Planning & Analysis team. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career finance professional looking to build expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and strategic business analysis while partnering with senior leadership. What You'll DoSupport annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processesDevelop and maintain financial models to support planning initiativesAnalyze financial performance, trends, and key business metricsAssist with management reporting and executive presentationsPrepare variance analyses and identify opportunities for operational improvementPartner with cross-functional teams to gather financial and operational dataHelp improve reporting processes and enhance data visibility for decision-makersParticipate in ad hoc financial projects and strategic initiativesWhy Consider This Opportunity?
