Job Description

Pacific Staffing is partnering with our Northern CA client to identify a Financial Analyst to support financial planning, budgeting, modeling, and reporting within a growing financial services organization. This hybrid role is ideal for a detail-oriented finance professional who excels at analyzing financial statements, building projections, developing financial models, and presenting insights to both financial and non-financial audiences. The Financial Analyst will play a key role in supporting monthly close processes, tracking KPIs, and providing analytical guidance to project teams and leadership. Our client offers a collaborative, growth-focused environment where finance professionals gain visibility, deepen their analytical expertise, and contribute directly to strategic decision-making. Hybrid (Must be located in Northern CA)$90,000-$115,000/year (DOE)
Responsibilities:
Review and analyze financial statements and reports.

Track KPIs and prepare financial reports for leadership.

Assist with budgeting and monthly close processes.

Understand key business drivers and provide financial guidance to project teams.

Develop financial projections and build financial models.

Conduct research and analysis as needed.

Ensure compliance with financial guidelines, company policies, and legal regulations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.2+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and modeling.

Ability to present financial information to non-financial audiences.

Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.

Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with financial systems preferred.

Financial services experience preferred.
