Description Hybrid | Colorado Springs, CO A growing healthcare organization is seeking a Financial Analyst to join its Financial Planning & Analysis team. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career finance professional looking to build expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and strategic business analysis while partnering with senior leadership. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative environment where finance plays a key role in business decision-making. What You'll Do
+ Support annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes
+ Develop and maintain financial models to support planning initiatives
+ Analyze financial performance, trends, and key business metrics
+ Assist with management reporting and executive presentations
+ Prepare variance analyses and identify opportunities for operational improvement
+ Partner with cross-functional teams to gather financial and operational data
+ Help improve reporting processes and enhance data visibility for decision-makers
+ Participate in ad hoc financial projects and strategic initiatives Why Consider This Opportunity?

+ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field + 1-2 years of experience in FP& A roles
+ Strong Excel skills, including financial modeling and data analysis
+ Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting concepts
+ Ability to communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders
+ Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
+ Experience with ERP or financial planning systems is a plus Preferred Qualifications
+ Exposure to healthcare finance
+ Experience with planning and forecasting software
