Technology Goods and Services Acquisition Manager 12 Month Contract Hybrid in Bellevue, WA Job Description Manage the acquisition of technology goods and services with a focus on cost optimization, vendor contract renewals, and budget adherence. Analyze spending, maintain financial controls for IT, and ensure compliance in software/hardware purchases. Key roles include financial forecasting and improving procurement workflows. Responsibilities + Collaborate with IT and Finance to track budgets, create forecasts, and identify cost-savings opportunities. + Track IT contracts and software renewals to ensure accurate pricing, compliance, and timely vendor negotiations. + Manage contract requests, validate invoices, and perform other accounting functions such as journal entries, amortization schedules, and accruals. + Analyze data to refine sourcing processes and reduce inefficiencies. Essential Skills + 4-7+ years of Financial Analysis experience, collaborating with IT and Finance. + Experience tracking budgets, creating forecasts, and identifying cost-savings opportunities. + Experience tracking IT contracts and software renewals for vendor negotiation and pricing. + Ability to perform accounting functions including journal entries, amortization schedules, and accruals. Additional Skills & Qualifications + SAP or Ariba experience is a big plus. Work Environment This position offers a hybrid working model with an onsite presence required at the Bellevue HQ site as needed. The ITFM team is responsible for planning enterprise hardware and software maintenance, software-as-a-service, cloud, telco, and mobile expenses. The role involves collaboration with business/technology owners and suppliers, acquiring quotes, negotiation, requisition creation, invoice processing, reconciliation, and maintaining supplier documentation while adhering to policies and procedures. The finance/accounting duties include managing budgets, forecasts, accruals, amortization schedules, journal entries, and various research activities. This opportunity offers 5 days of PTO and holiday pay for 12 holidays. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Bellevue, WA.
