Duration:
6 Months The hiring manager is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused operations professional who can manage commission payment processes from end to end while serving as a trusted partner to meeting planner company accounts. This individual must be comfortable balancing relationship management, financial reconciliation, process improvement, and analytical problem-solving in a fast-paced environment. Seeking a detail-oriented Operations/Finance Analyst with strong client management and process improvement skills to oversee commission payment operations, resolve payment discrepancies, support onboarding activities, and drive operational efficiencies for external partner accounts.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- Strong customer/account management skills with the ability to build relationships and serve as a primary point of contact for external partners.
- Experience managing payment, commission, invoicing, billing, or financial operations processes with a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong analytical and investigative skills to research discrepancies, reconcile financial information, identify root causes, and recommend solutions.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of responsibilities, and consistently meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- A continuous improvement mindset with experience identifying inefficiencies, streamlining workflows, and recommending automation opportunities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams and levels of the organization.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and time management skills. Candidates with experience in one or more of the following areas will be especially competitive:
