Financial Analyst

Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking a Financial Analyst to join their team for a hybrid role. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $60,500 to $85,000 per year.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop financial models to support decision-making processes. Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Monitor and report on budget performance, providing insights and recommendations. Ensure data accuracy and integrity in financial systems. Track key financial metrics and performance indicators. Support strategic planning initiatives by providing financial insights and analysis. Identify and mitigate financial risks through effective risk management practices. Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in financial analysis tools and techniques.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field. 3+ years of FP&A experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Pivots, lookups) and ERP System (NetSuite, Oracle).

Experience:

Experience in a corporate finance environment of high annual revenue or within a specific industry (CPG or e-commerce) preferred.
