Job Description

Financial Analyst CSI Worldwide , CELEBRATING 50+ YEARS as a National Trade Show I&D Exhibit Labor and General Services Contractor, isseeking a Financial Analyst for its headquarters located in Glen Mills, Pennsylvania. The position will be on-site initially but evolve to hybrid as capabilities are demonstrated. Full-time candidates are desired but will consider regular part-time (24 hours + ) for a uniquely qualified candidate. The Financial Analyst is a newly created position responsible for key day-to-day accounting and financial operations. This position will work closely with the CFO, Payroll Director, Billing Manager, and other team members. This role is a great opportunity to work with a nice group of people while encompassing broad duties and learning/contributing to the full cycle of accounting, treasury and financial operations for this growing company.
Responsibilities:
Support and back up the Payroll Director by processing payroll for 1-2 of our regions, and other related assignments Support Billing by processing invoices for all our Storage business, and potentially 1-2 of our regions Support Credit and Collections by engaging operations/sales team members on work order deposits and investigate credit balances on periodic basis Support Accounts Payable with Expense Reimbursement tool and reporting Support tax related activities Helping to create Reports, Monitoring and analyzing data for insights/impact Help develop and implement financial policies and principles Supporting the close processes (month and year end) Performing selected general ledger review
Skills/ Competencies:
A passion for excellence and doing things right! Strong communication skills and enjoy working with people! Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance 2+ years of accounting experience Knowledge of accounting procedures, controls, and practices Analytical nature to solve problems and create solutions Ability and desire to learn /support/grow Microsoft Office, Salesforce and QuickBooks familiarity a plus
Pay:
$65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
