We grew 100% in 2025 and continue to expand. We help business owners understand their numbers, improve profitability, and make better decisions by combining accounting, forecasting, operational data, and financial modeling into one clear view of the business. This is a highly analytical and client-facing role focused on turning data into decisions. Important Note About This Role This is a video-first position. You will regularly meet with clients on Zoom or Google Meet with your camera on. Communication and presentation matter. If you are not comfortable speaking with clients on video, this role will not be a fit.

Compensation Base salary range:

$60,000-$80,000 per year, commensurate with experience. What You'll Do With the support of a CFO, manage your own group of clients Lead financial review meetings with business owners Build forecasts, budgets, and cash flow projections Analyze financial and operational performance Help clients understand profitability and growth drivers Identify risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities Work inside our Integrated Financial Model (IFM) Advise clients on systems, reporting, and financial processes Requirements Strong understanding of accounting and financial reporting Strong financial modeling and forecasting skills Advanced Google Sheets experience Experience with QuickBooks Online Comfortable working with business data and software systems Strong communication and presentation skills Self-motivated and comfortable in a fast-moving environment Nice to Have Experience working with small businesses or startups Experience with APIs, integrations, or business intelligence tools Experience presenting financial insights to non-financial owners Work Environment Fully remote Video meetings are required Flexible work environment Collaborative internal support team Hiring Process Qualified candidates will complete: 1.
