As a Financial Analyst II, you will partner with our sales and marketing teams to turn business trends, customer investments, pricing, and trade activity into meaningful insights. Your recommendations will help improve performance across a portfolio of well-known food and pet brands while advancing our purpose of making delicious food accessible for all.

  • In this highly collaborative role, you will provide proactive financial guidance that supports both top-line growth and bottom-line performance.

You will evaluate opportunities, strengthen financial understanding across the business, and help cross-functional partners make informed decisions.   • Key Responsibilities
  • + Analyze business trends, identify opportunities, and recommend actions that improve financial performance.

+ Provide trade and pricing support across designated sales channels to help maximize long-term value.

+ Evaluate trade performance and return on investment for assigned customers and events.

+ Lead quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting for trade, incorporating input from multiple business partners.

+ Monitor sales activity against established guardrails, explain variances, and evaluate spending and incremental investment requests.

+ Translate financial information into clear, practical insights that support business decisions.

+ Partner with colleagues to improve processes, reporting, and decision-making capabilities.

+ Build productive relationships across functions and organizational levels to deliver timely financial guidance.

  • Qualifications
  • What We're Looking For
  • + Bachelor's Degree Required (Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field preferred).

+ At least two years of experience in a role requiring financial or analytical problem-solving.

+ Experience building or managing profit and loss statements, developing budgets, or analyzing investments preferred.

+ Strong financial analysis, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

+ Ability to draw conclusions from complex information and turn findings into recommendations.

+ Intellectual curiosity and a genuine interest in understanding what drives business performance.

+ Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence decisions using clear financial support.

+ Initiative and confidence working through ambiguity, changing priorities, and business challenges.

+ Strong organization, accuracy, and attention to detail.

+ Moderate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

+ Understanding of AI capabilities; business intelligence or data manipulation experience is a plus.

  • The pay range for this position is $72,498 - $101,497 per year.
