Lexington, KY Responsibilities:
Evaluate financial results across revenue, expense, and operational metrics to identify trends, performance issues, and areas of opportunity. Prepare budget-to-actual reviews, explain material variances, and partner with leaders to determine the business drivers behind results. Contribute to month-end and periodic performance discussions by developing reports and presenting meaningful financial insights. Support rolling forecasts and long-range planning activities by analyzing historical results, current performance, and expected operational changes. Collaborate with leadership to develop assumptions for volumes, rates, labor, expenses, and other factors that influence financial projections. Assist with annual operating and capital budget development, including review of submissions for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with organizational goals. Provide financial analysis for capital requests, business justifications, and project prioritization to support investment decisions. Track approved capital initiatives and monitor projected spending through project completion. Respond to special analysis requests and deliver ad hoc reporting that supports strategic and operational decision-making.
