Immediate / ASAP About the Role Join a dynamic organization in Carlisle, PA, as a Senior Financial Analyst (Analyst III) supporting strategic decision-making and continuous process improvement. In this hybrid role, you will analyze, reconcile, and audit complex financial data, partner cross-functionally to resolve billing issues, and ensure strict compliance with financial regulations. This is a full-time, indefinite position with strong potential for long-term career growth. Key Responsibilities Analyze complex financial datasets to identify trends, variances, and billing discrepancies. Perform routine and ad-hoc account reconciliations and detailed internal financial audits. Collaborate cross-functionally and negotiate with external partners to resolve billing disputes. Develop, maintain, and present financial reports and dashboards to management to guide strategic planning. Ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance across all reporting systems.

Qualifications & Requirements Experience:

6-8 years of relevant financial analysis, accounting, or auditing experience.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Technical Skills:

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; hands-on experience with financial reporting/query systems such as MicroStrategy, WebFOCUS, or similar ERP/BI platforms.

Core Competencies:

Strong analytical and reconciliation skills with rigorous attention to detail and follow-through.

Communication:
