(Client is strictly looking for W2 & Local candidates)

Financial Analyst Location:
Taylor, TX (Hybrid)
Duration:
Contract (W2 Only) The ERCOT Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team is searching for a contingent worker with proven knowledge and experience building Power BI dashboards and utilizing AI to identify and build tools/workflows for the team to use. The candidate will work independently on these tools but will keep the FP&A team informed of progress. Also, the candidate will perform testing and make modifications as needed based on feedback from the FP&A team. As the tools are developed and completed, the candidate will provide documentation and training to the FP&A team so they can maintain the solutions.
JOB DUTIES
Implement Power BI dashboards for the FP&A team to analyze and report data from Workday ERP and Workday Adaptive Planning tools Identify and implement AI improvements to the FP&A team s reporting, analysis, forecasting, and other processes Document procedures taken to build and maintain the dashboard and tools implemented Train the FP&A team on how to use and maintain the tools implemented
EDUCATION
Bachelor's Degree:
Data Analysis, Accounting, or Finance or related discipline (Required) or a combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge to a major in such fields is required
EXPERIENCE
Requires minimum 5 years of job related work experience in excess of degree requirements
REQUIRED TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE
Power BI Dashboard Set Up, Reporting, and Maintenance, using Best Practices AI Tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot)
PREFERRED TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE
Workday ERP Workday Adaptive Planning
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE
