Job Summary:
We are seeking professionals to support Markets Client Onboarding within Enterprise Onboarding. These roles support onboarding and lifecycle-management activities across Transaction Management Operations (TMO), Fixed Income & Equities Client Lifecycle Management (FIEQ CLM), and Liquidity & Margin Services (LMS) Onboarding. Standard hours are aligned to 8:30 AM-5:30 PM Eastern, with overtime expected as needed. Contractors are expected to work onsite 4 days per week, and 1 day remote.
Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding Support:
Facilitate onboarding of client accounts into internal systems by initiating work items, entering static data, and ensuring information is accurately recorded and routed for approval
Data & Documentation Management:
Input and maintain client, account, jurisdictional, contractual, and related onboarding data across multiple platforms; gather, index, and organize supporting documentation
Workflow & Queue Administration:
Monitor shared mailboxes, workflow queues, and ageing trackers; coordinate follow-ups and support backlog reduction in a high-volume environment
Cross-Functional Coordination:
Work closely with sales, middle office, operations, legal, risk, compliance, and other internal stakeholders to support smooth onboarding execution
Status Reporting & Escalation:
Prepare routine status updates, identify incomplete or inconsistent information, and escalate exceptions in accordance with established procedures
Controlled Operations Support:
Perform initiator-only tasks under maker-checker controls; all approvals, regulatory determinations, exception decisions, and final sign-offs remain with authorized permanent employees
Assignment-Specific Support:
TMO:
Support collateral onboarding and maintenance activities, including workflow creation, template pre-population, NAX/TLM update package preparation, and mailbox/queue management
FIEQ CLM
Support lifecycle-management requests through documentation collection, checklist-based completeness reviews, queue maintenance, and draft factual communications for employee review
LMS Onboarding:
Support onboarding administration, project-related onboarding tasks, documentation gathering, workflow initiation, database updates, and status tracking for liquidity and margin services clients
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in financial services, financial operations, treasury operations, client onboarding, account maintenance, documentation review, or a comparable controlled operations environment Strong attention to detail with experience handling static data, contractual information, client/account details, and accurate data entry across multiple systems Ability to follow written procedures, checklists, escalation protocols, and maker-checker controls Strong written and verbal communication skills, including comfort handling emails and chats in a fast-paced operational setting Ability to manage multiple priorities, urgent requests, and strict deadlines while maintaining accuracy Comfortable working in a hybrid environment and collaborating using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
Preferred Experience:
Experience in client onboarding, institutional onboarding, lifecycle management, collateral management, securities operations, treasury operations, brokerage operations, banking operations, or KYC/AML-risk related environments Familiarity with
ISDA/CSA
documentation, legal document ingestion, SSIs, ASLs, account-opening documentation, or contract repositories Exposure to workflow queues, shared mailboxes, ageing reports, operational metrics, and quality-control processes Prior experience supporting high-volume onboarding environments, backlog reduction efforts, or project-related operational work Exposure to internal or comparable onboarding/workflow platforms such as TLM, NAX, Nexen, AcadiaSoft MarginSphere, or document repository tools Educational background in business administration, economics, finance, or related disciplines
