Full-time | Exempt About the Role A growing, acquisitive company in the supply chain space is hiring a Financial Planning Analyst to support its CFO and VP of Finance. This role drives monthly close analysis, annual budgeting, Board reporting, and variance analysis, while partnering with teams across the organization. The right candidate will help shape how modern analytics and AI tools are used across the finance function. What You'll Do Support monthly close, annual budgeting, and quarterly Board reporting. Build and refine financial, cost, and statistical models. Analyze actuals versus budget and forecast, including EBITDA performance. Review COGS, margins, and spend trends against prior periods and expectations. Partner with operations and executives on cost savings and ad hoc analyses. Support M&A due diligence and post-acquisition integration. Leverage AI and analytics tools to streamline reporting and surface insights. What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required. MBA, CPA, CMA, or CFP preferred. 3+ years of experience in accounting or financial analysis. Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills. Experience or strong interest in using AI tools within a finance function. Comfort with ambiguity, root cause analysis, and shifting priorities. Experience in or curiosity about the supply chain space is a plus. Work Environment This is a 100% on-site role. Remote and hybrid arrangements are not available.
