As an Analyst III on the Investment Planning team, you will support Ahold Delhaize USA's capital planning and governance activities across a diverse portfolio of investments. You will assist with business case development, investment analysis, performance tracking and the preparation of financial insights for business partners and senior leaders. In this role, you will develop skills in financial modeling, capital allocation and decision support while gaining exposure to teams across our brands and functions. Your work will help ensure investments are financially sound, aligned with strategy and positioned to create long-term value. Why Join Investment Planning? The Investment Planning team supports capital planning across a portfolio of more than $1.9 billion and works with teams across the organization. This role offers the opportunity to strengthen your finance skills, learn a complex retail business and contribute analysis that supports investment decisions affecting leading U.S. grocery brands. Our flexible hybrid schedule includes three in-person days at a core office location and two remote days each week. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.Key Responsibilities:
Support the development and review of financial models and business cases for investments, including new stores, replacements, remodels, investment properties, network rationalization and non-store initiatives. Partner with Finance, Real Estate, Technology and business teams to gather information, validate assumptions, assess financial returns and document investment recommendations. Assist with the financial review and coordination of IT capital proposals, non-store assets and lease renewals by ensuring analyses and approval materials are accurate, complete and aligned with capital governance requirements. Support post-investment reviews and assist in preparing clear materials for Ahold Delhaize USA and Ahold Delhaize Group leaders and stakeholders. Contribute to improvements in capital approval, tracking and reporting by helping standardize analyses, document processes and support reporting and automation solutions. Additional job duties may be assigned as needed to meet the needs of the business and support our Values.Required Experience and Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in investment planning, corporate finance, FP&A or a related strategic finance role. Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business or a related field. Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with the judgment to challenge assumptions and evaluate tradeoffs. Ability to turn complex data into concise, actionable insights for both financial and non-financial audiences. Advanced proficiency in Excel and the ability to create clear, polished presentations in PowerPoint. Preferred Power BI or other data visualization skills. Preferred experience with SAP or another enterprise resource planning system. Preferred experience using artificial intelligence tools to improve analysis, reporting, automation or business decision support.Pay Range:

Salary Range:
$86,320 - $129,480 Actual compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on their unique qualifications and experience, internal equity, and market conditions. Final compensation decisions will be made in accordance with company policies and applicable laws. #LI-AS1 #LI-HYBRID
