Benefits are available, including PTO W2 Only | No C2C The Opportunity We are looking for a Process Analyst to support a Global Finance team in Chesterfield, Missouri. This is a great opportunity for someone with a Finance, Accounting, Financial Operations, Business Analysis, or Process Improvement background who enjoys understanding how things work, documenting processes, and helping teams operate more effectively. For the St. Louis position, you do NOT need an actuarial or Life & Annuity background. We're open to strong local Finance/process professionals who can learn the environment while working directly with the team. This is a business-side Finance role — not an IT Business Analyst or software-development position. What You'll Do Meet with Finance teams to understand how current processes work Map and document current-state business processes and workflows Create process flows, SOPs, runbooks, and data-flow documentation Document systems, owners, inputs, outputs, data sources, and handoffs Identify gaps, manual steps, and opportunities to improve processes Help build and maintain a centralized Finance process inventory Support process governance, documentation standards, and process-improvement initiatives These responsibilities align with the team's Process Analyst scope, including discovery sessions, as-is flows, runbooks, data-flow documentation, process inventory, and tracing data handoffs. What We're Looking For 3+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Business/Process Analysis, Financial Operations, Process Improvement, or a related area Experience documenting and/or mapping business processes Experience working directly with business or Finance stakeholders Experience with process flows, SOPs, runbooks, workflows, or data-flow documentation Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills Lean Six Sigma/process-improvement experience is a plus Life Insurance, Annuities, Reinsurance, Actuarial, ALM, or Investment Accounting experience is a plus — highly desired but not required for the St. Louis position The team specifically indicated that a more junior analyst can work for this role and that a St. Louis resource would be especially valuable because they can work alongside the team and come into the office as needed.
