Key Responsibilities:

Lead critical components of the month-end close process, including preparing journal entries and performing account reconciliations across multiple systems. Prepare, analyze, and communicate monthly financial results, identifying key trends, risks, and business opportunities. Assist with the annual budgeting process and support monthly forecasting activities. Develop monthly and quarterly financial reports that provide meaningful insights and recommendations to leadership. Analyze customer profitability and key performance metrics to support strategic business decisions. Prepare and present monthly operational reporting packages for assigned business units. Partner closely with operational leaders to understand financial performance drivers and identify opportunities for process improvements and increased profitability.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. Minimum of three years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, or FP&A. Strong accounting knowledge, including experience with journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close. Hands-on experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights. EB-1776341764
