They are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to join their dynamic finance team. CURRENT OR PAST PUBLIC ACCOUNTING AUDIT OR ASSURANCE

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field required MBA and/or CPA preferred 2+ years of public accounting Audit/AssuranceEXPERIENCE
4+ years of business experience in Audit, financial analysis, planning, or economic analysis. Familiarity with accounting principles and financial statement analysis. Manufacturing or Real Estate industry experience is a plus. Strong experience building and maintaining detailed financial models in Excel. Excellent oral and written communication skills are necessary.DUTIES:
Assume financial analysis responsibility for all regions, providing oversight for multiple divisions Dive into operations at a divisional level to improve cost accuracy and develop a granular understanding of core processes Utilize advanced modeling techniques to analyze data and financial statements, converting findings into actionable process improvements and best business practices Identify operational gaps through targeted deep-dive investigations and architect scalable policies that standardize financial workflows across all business entities Reconcile and remediate historical account discrepancies across multiple entities to bring financial reporting into alignment with corporate standards Conduct weekly reviews of area figure costs associated with new communities, sold jobs, and closed jobs to ensure financial accuracy Perform analytics on building and permitting cycle times to identify bottlenecks and drive optimal performance Assist divisions in managing Work-In-Progress (WIP) accounts and understanding the impact of aged inventory and internal financing charges Participate in monthly financial reviews with Corporate and Division Management to discuss financial results and performance trends Complete monthly audits of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess divisional performance and identify areas for improvement Prepare, review, and provide a detailed analysis of all model leaseback agreements, including credits, pricing, gross margins, and terms ata and analyze trends or anomalies to drive efficiencies across execution teams Act as a strategic liaison between the Purchasing, Land, Production, and Accounting departments to identify and eliminate cost duplicationPay:
