Job Title:

3-6 Months (Potential to extend up to 12 months based on performance and project needs)

Work Arrangement:

Local preferred (Relocation at candidate's own expense only; no relocation assistance provided) Role Overview The Treasury Analyst will join the Global Treasury Support team to manage cash management, e-banking administration, and banking operations across the North American region and corporate headquarters. Operating within a global shared services model, this individual will handle critical day-to-day banking documentation, process manual treasury payments, oversee account and portal recertifications, and coordinate operational handoffs and monitoring with an offshore Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) team.

Key Responsibilities E-Banking & Account Administration:

Administer bank portals, entitlements, and user access limits. Process signatory updates, Power of Attorney (POA) changes, merchant requests, and account maintenance forms.

Recertifications & Reviews:

Manage recurring recertifications across global bank portals, authorized senders, direct debit mandates, and e-banking access.

Payment Support:

Support manual payments, reverse wire drawdowns, direct debits, and maintain wire templates in SAP and external banking portals with high accuracy and policy compliance.

BPO Coordination:

Partner with the shared services offshore team to transition new tasks, manage daily workflows, maintain standard operating procedures, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.

Regional & Banking Liaison:

Serve as a day-to-day operational contact for commercial banking partners and internal business units, including ongoing documentation and portal maintenance for Latin America (LATAM) accounts.

Audit & Compliance:

Assist in the compilation and validation of banking records and internal control evidence for SOX, Tax, and internal/external audit reviews.

Operational Reporting & Analysis:

Assist with bank fee reviews, pricing analyses, dashboard updates, and process optimization initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements Education:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related business discipline.

Experience:

min 2 years of core treasury operations experience within a corporate treasury department or commercial banking environment (corporate treasury services).

Language Skills:

Professional Spanish fluency (spoken and written) is strongly preferred to support Latin American operations and Spanish-speaking banking partners.

Systems & Tools:

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Practical experience with SAP and major global e-banking portals is preferred.

Shared Services Experience:

Demonstrated experience collaborating with or transitioning work to an offshore/shared services BPO partner is an advantage.

Technical Knowledge:

Understanding of wire systems, cash management workflows, and bank documentation. Exposure to Foreign Exchange (FX) is a plus, though not required.

Soft Skills:

High attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and clear communication skills to collaborate with both external financial institutions and cross-functional teams.
