Job Description

About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Treasury Analyst to join our team and provide centralized treasury support for our U.S. and Canada-based businesses. In this role, you'll help manage daily cash activity, balance transfers, reconciliations, reporting, and other key treasury processes. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their finance or accounting career who enjoys working with data, solving problems, improving processes, and learning new technology. You'll also have the opportunity to leverage AI and automation tools to help streamline treasury operations and improve efficiency. What You'll Do Process and monitor daily cash activity and FX payments. Manage weekly balance transfer payments and related wire activity. Analyze intercompany (IC) activity and collaborate with internal business partners. Monitor and analyze activity across bank and general ledger accounts. Perform Oracle cash management and investment/payroll reconciliations. Prepare and process related journal entries in the Oracle general ledger. Support month-end close activities, including serving as a Smartsheet administrator. Prepare reports and analyze financial data to identify discrepancies, trends, and opportunities for improvement. Help maintain accurate and up-to-date treasury procedures and documentation. Identify opportunities to improve and automate treasury processes. Assist with developing and implementing automation and AI solutions using tools such as Power Automate, Copilot, ChatGPT, Power BI, and other emerging technologies. Provide responsive, professional customer service to shared services and field teams. Collaborate with Treasury and Finance team members on projects and special assignments. Perform other administrative and finance-related duties as needed. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field preferred. 0-2 years of accounting, finance, treasury, or related experience. Experience working in a fast-paced customer service or shared services environment. Basic understanding of accounting processes and month-end close cycles. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Ability to analyze data and perform calculations involving rates, ratios, percentages, averages, and reconciliations. Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively with team members and business partners at all levels. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud, General Ledger, or Cash Management. Experience with OTBI or SmartView reporting. Knowledge of U.S. banking and financial institution processes. Experience with AI, automation, or reporting tools such as Power Automate, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Power BI, Notion AI, Otter.ai, Zoom AI Companion, or Zapier. Experience identifying opportunities to streamline processes or improve operational efficiency. Regular communication by phone, email, and virtual meeting platforms. Ability to maintain composure and professionalism when working with executives, internal customers, and other business partners. Occasional lifting or moving of items up to 10 pounds.
